條款及細則
Terms and conditions

1. 嘉賓須持有有效展覽門票，方可參加上述活動(“活動”)。香港巴塞爾藝術展貴賓持卡人在展覽舘外入場購票時可享用8折優惠。
   Guests need to hold a valid City As Studio exhibition ticket in order to join the captioned event (the “Event(s)”). 20% discount on the City As Studio exhibition ticket shall be offered to Art Basel Hong Kong VIP Card Holder at the door.
2. 成功登記人士將收到確認電郵。
   Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email upon registration.
3. 活動需時約1.5小時，請憑確認電郵內已選時間的10分鐘前到達K11 MUSEA 6樓Kunsthalle 集合，並出示確認電郵登記出席。
   The Event will last approximately 1.5 hours. Please arrive at 6/F of K11 MUSEA in front of 6F, Kunsthalle, K11 MUSEA 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time and present the confirmation email for check-in.
4. 如欲取消登記，請提前3天通知我們。
   Please inform us 3 days in advance for any cancellation of registration.

6. 如因惡劣天氣而須取消或更改活動日期，我們的職員將盡快通知受影響的參加者，並另作安排。一般而言，如天文台於上午8:00或之後懸掛或仍懸掛8號或以上風球、紅色暴雨或黑色暴雨警告，則當日下午6:00前之活動將會取消。如天文台於下午3:00或之後懸掛或仍懸掛8號或以上風球、紅色暴雨或黑色暴雨警告，則當日下午6:00後之活動將會取消。
   If a Event has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, our staff will notify the participants as soon as possible. In general, if typhoon signal no. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm is hoisted or still hoisted at or after 8:00 am, Events that day held at 6:00pm or before will be cancelled. If typhoon signal no. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm is hoisted or still hoisted at or after 3:00 pm, tours that day held after 6:00 pm will be cancelled.
7. 如因社交距離措施或相關法律法規禁止此類活動而須取消或更改活動日期，我們的職員將盡快通知受影響的參加者，並另作安排。您亦需要在導賞團出發前申報健康狀況，並遵守有關社交距離措施及其他適用於此導賞團的所有法律法規。
   If a Event has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to social distancing measures or prohibition of similar events under relevant laws and regulations, our staff will notify the participants as soon as possible. Please comply with social distancing measures and all other laws and regulations applicable to the Event.
8. 參加者須遵守在場的職員不時發出的指示。如果任何參與者以任何現場職員認為不道德、冒犯、挑釁或其他不適當的方式行事，現場職員保留隨時將該參與者從本活動中移除的權利，恕不另行通知或給予任何形式的補償。
   All participants are required to comply with the instructions given by on-site staff from time to time. In the event that any participant conducts himself/herself in any manner which is immoral, offensive, provocative or otherwise inappropriate, on-site staff has the right to remove such participant from the Event at any time without notice or any compensation whatsoever.
9. 本活動内主持人和嘉賓的言論純屬個人意見，並不代表 K11 Art Foundation Limited 立場。
   Remarks made by the host and guest speakers during the Events are merely made based on his/her personal views and does not reflect the views of K11 Art Foundation Limited.
10. 本活動所分享之所有內容，如文字、圖形、圖像、照片、標誌、商標、音頻、視頻和數據均受香港及其他地方的知識產權法及條約保護，任何人不得未經 K11 Art Foundation Limited 書面同意錄影、使用或複製當中部份或全部內容。
    All contents of this Event, such as text, graphics, images, photos, logos, trademarks, audio, video and data are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties in Hong Kong and elsewhere and may not be recorded or reproduced without prior written consent of K11 Art Foundation Limited.
11. 所有參與者接受並同意，K11 Art Foundation Limited 可以在活動期間進行拍照、錄音及錄影（「照片、錄音及影片」），並將其用於與活動相關的存檔、宣傳或其他用途。
    All participants accept and agree that K11 Art Foundation Limited may take photographs, images, video recordings and/or audio recordings during the Event and use for archival, promotional or other purposes relating to the Event.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
14. 本活動之條款及細則以英文撰寫。如本活動之條款及細則有其他語言版本及版本之間有不一致，以英文版本為準。
    These Terms and Conditions are written in English. If there are other language versions of these Terms and Conditions and there are discrepancies between the versions, the English version shall prevail.
