Overview

Our learning programme, titled ‘PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE(S)’, is an extension of our current showcase Tracing the Fragments co-presented by K11 Art Foundation and Q Contemporary. It provides an exchange session and art-making workshops, facilitated by an art educator, for students from Hong Kong & Central Eastern European to unleash their creativity and learn more about Central Eastern European and Chinese contemporary art.

Terms and conditions

  1. The “Past, Present & Future(s)” online workshop (“Online Workshop(s)”) is co-presented to you by K11 Art Foundation Limited (“KAF”) and Q Contemporary (collectively, “Co-Presenters”).
  2. Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration. Please inform us three (3) days in advance for any cancellation of registration. For details of the Online Workshop(s), please email us at learning@k11artfoundation.org.
  3. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before registering for the Online Workshop(s).
  4. The Online Workshop(s) will be conducted via “Zoom” webinar, access of which is subject to the terms of use and cookies policy of Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
  5. All contents of the Online Workshop(s), such as text, graphics, images, photos, logos, trademarks, audio, video, software and other information and content (“Contents”) are proprietary to the Co-Presenters or their licensors. Nothing contained in this Online Workshop(s) shall be construed as granting (by implication or otherwise) any licence or right to use any of the Contents or trademarks, logos and service marks displayed in the Online Workshop(s) (“Trademarks”) without the express written permission of the Co-Presenters or any relevant owners of the Trademarks. While you are authorized to use the Contents for your personal or non-commercial use only, any other unauthorized use whatsoever of the Contents or the Trademarks is strictly prohibited.
  6. All participants accept and agree that the Co-Presenters may take photographs, images, video recordings and/or audio recordings during the Online Workshop(s) and use for archival, promotional or other purposes relating to the Online Workshop(s).
  7. The facilitator(s) of the Online Workshop(s) may provide reference materials for participants’ use during or after the Online Workshop(s). These may include (but are not limited to) the following:
    • a workbook;
    • a copy of the slides presented during the Online Workshop(s);
    • sample documents, templates or other material for use during the Online Workshop(s)
    All materials used or provided for the purpose of the Online Workshop(s) shall remain property of the Co-Presenters or their licensors, and shall not be distributed to any third party at any time or in any form without written permission from the Co-Presenters.
  8. The participant acknowledges and understands that the views and opinions expressed in this Online Workshop(s) are those solely of the facilitator(s) and do not in any way reflect the view or position of the Co-Presenters or their affiliates.
  9. All participants are required to comply with the instructions given by the facilitator(s) from time to time. In the event that any participant conducts himself/herself in any manner which in the Co-Presenters’ opinion is immoral, offensive, provocative or otherwise inappropriate, the Co-Presenters reserve the right to remove such participant from the Online Workshop(s) at any time without notice or any compensation whatsoever.
  10. No warranty, express or implied, is given as to the reliability, security, timeliness or appropriateness of the Online Workshop(s) (or any part thereof) in any particular circumstances; or that the Online Workshop(s) is and will be uninterrupted or free of viruses and/or other harmful elements; and the Co-Presenters shall not be liable for any damages caused to any participant resulting from the participation of the Online Workshop(s).
  11. During the Online Workshop(s), the facilitator(s) may show or present certain contents or certain hyperlinks to other third party websites. No warranty is given in respect of any such content or any such third party websites or the contents or information available thereon or available through links in such third party websites in any aspects whatsoever.
  12. By registering for the Online Workshop(s), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, and have understood and agreed that all information collected here will only be used for the purpose of registration and participation of the Online Workshop(s) and related communication to you.   13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
